All-On-4 Restoration
The All-On-4 technique is an innovative method of restoring a full set of teeth in one jaw using just four implants.

The All-On-4 technique is an innovative method of restoring a full set of teeth in one jaw using just four implants. Four implants are strategically placed in the jaw to support a full arch of teeth, boasting a 99.7% success rate. A secure, highly natural-looking prosthetic is attached to these implants, fully restoring the function and appearance of natural teeth.
The All-On-4 procedure offers multiple advantages over other full-mouth restoration methods: it ensures comfort, restores natural chewing ability, enhances smile aesthetics, and provides a realistic feel. Additionally, it has a short recovery time and delivers quick results.
Key benefits of the 4-implant technique:
- This method is cost-efficient, as only four implants are required to support a 10- to 12-tooth prosthesis.
- Ideal for individuals who have lost most or all of their teeth and wish to regain a natural-feeling smile.
- It preserves the natural jawbone and prevents further deterioration by stimulating bone growth.
- This procedure enables the removal of compromised teeth, placement of implants, and fitting of temporary fixed dentures within 24 to 48 hours.
- It is also suitable for patients with diabetes or osteoporosis.

The process of full-mouth restoration using 4 implants
01
During the consultation, the patient’s oral health is evaluated, and a personalised treatment plan is developed. Intraoral scans, CT scans, dental and facial photographs are taken. A digital model of the patient’s future teeth is designed in the dental laboratory.
02
During a single procedure, any unsuitable teeth are extracted, alveolar bone reduction is performed if needed, 4-6 implants are placed, abutments are selected, impressions are taken for the temporary prosthesis, and the planned digital design is verified.
03
A durable temporary prosthesis is created within a few days, playing a crucial role in the healing process. The temporary denture efficiently restores chewing function, aesthetics, and speech clarity. The oral and jaw system adapts to the new teeth.
04
Temporary dentures are replaced with permanent ones after 3-6 months. We recommend either a metal-framed denture with acrylic teeth or a zirconia ceramic denture with a ceramic finish for long-term restoration.
05
After the teeth are restored, the patient enters the maintenance phase, requiring 1-2 professional oral hygiene visits and preventive check-ups per year.
